If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. If at any time you should wish to unsubscribe, simply opt out at the bottom of the next newsletter you receive.
We accept Visa, Master Card and Paypal. All goods are supplied, ex-warehouse, San Rafael, CA, and must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Thus, the title of all goods passes to the Buyer in CA. All shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer. Past Perfect reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
All purchases shipped to CA addresses will be subject to a 9.5% sales tax.
Pricing Errors and Omissions Excepted:
Occasionally our listed prices or product information may be incorrect. When such typographical errors occur, Past Perfect shall be held responsible. We make every effort to make sure that our product database is accurate, however mistakes do happen. In all cases, the customer will be contacted before any charges are made for a decision to proceed with the order at the correct price.
All sales are final.
Customer Satisfaction / Warranty Information:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Past Perfect makes no warranty, expressed or implied, about the items being sold except that Past Perfect is conveying clear title to the items and to the best of Past Perfect’s knowledge, the item is what it is described it to be. Specifically, because vintage memorabilia by its nature is subject to change condition over time, Past Perfect makes no warranty or guaranty of the quality of any items sold. If you're not happy with a purchase, please contact us so we can try to work out an agreeable resolution.
Shipping: We can arrange for local, out-of-state or international delivery and shipping.
email us for a quote. By placing an order for delivery, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. All items are sent insured. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping you must contact us immediately. If you do not save the items and original packaging, we cannot accept returns or file a claim on your behalf. If you change your order after it is prepared for shipping, we reserve the right to charge for additional handling and packaging materials. If the shipment is returned to us for an improper or incomplete address we will have to re-charge you for re-shipment. If you refuse the delivery of an order for any reason, you will be held responsible for return shipping charges in addition the original shipping charges. Parents or legal guardians will be held responsible for actions of their minor children. If necessary, legal action will be taken against any and all parties attempting "wire fraud." The cost of shipping to, and returning to us of any products in any such operation will be charged to that agency.
